You have until January 26th to nominate a Local Food Victory!
What: We are excited to show support for the amazing array of initiatives and projects underway that are moving us closer to achieving a local, vibrant food system that everyone in Washtenaw County is empowered to participate in.
Why: Local Food Victories aim to highlight our neighbors' successes in building knowledge, excitement, inclusion and movement toward local food awareness and access, especially with the theme of this year's summit in mind.
How: We encourage nominations of organizations and individuals from across the county, so that we can celebrate efforts in all of Washtenaw. Local food victories will be recognized at a short ceremony at the 2016 Local Food Summit, held Monday, February 15, 2016, at Washtenaw Community College.
